Our a double room was beautifully maintained. The hotel had a great breakfast with lots of items to choose from. The location was marvellous and magnificent - close to eateries and restaurants. The best part were the friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious rooms and central location

The rooms were some of the most spacious I have ever seen, giving ample room to relax and unwind during my stay. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping centers. I really appreciated the modern decor and large, comfortable beds.

The parking situation at this hotel was a major downside, as I had to spend time searching for my car and dealing with unhelpful staff who were not present when I needed assistance. overall, the staff was not just unhelpful but also unresponsive to my requests and even a little rude at times.

Here, my luxurious needs were met with exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa center. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly. I also appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to explore the city's hot spots. The room advantages were remarkable, with a big and comfortable bathroom and a voice assistant at my disposal.

I experienced a minor issue regarding the front desk service. I inquired about adding three postcards to the hotel's mailing list to be sent all together, but instead, I was advised to use the post office in the vicinity.
